Founded in 2014 by Advocate Trivankumar Karnani, MNCDF is a citizen-run civic forum that bridges Mumbai's residents with civic authorities and elected representatives.
Its work includes the MNCDF Flying Squad (2018), pro bono legal help for citizens, and an acknowledgement from the Governor of Maharashtra.
